Below, please find our shipping information, return information, and our statement on California Sales Tax.
We are proud to ship through the US Postal Service. This is convenient for many of our customers who required shipping to PO Boxes and other Postal Service only addresses. Most items ship on the same or next day unless otherwise noted in the items page. Some items, mainly add-on titles, ship within 2-3 business days so please add that time to any shipping option, so please note the shipping time, especially when you select USPS Express Mail as your shipping option.
SHIPPING POLICIES
USPS Priority Mail (Orders in the USA and US Territories Only) - 2 to 4 Business Days for Delivery- All items shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail are priced according to weight and USPS delivery zone.
- We are committed to keeping shipping prices as low as possible. All prices (including FREE shipping specials) include tracking and insurance.
- Any exceptions to this rule will be stated in the item's main page.
- All items shipped to you via USPS Express Mail are priced according to weight and USPS delivery zone. Please note that USPS Express Mail is overnight to most areas, but only guaranteed 2nd day.
- Items will be shipped within 24 hours and usually on the same day if ordered before noon Pacific Time. Please note that some items ship in 2-3 business days so for these items, please add that time to any shipping option, including Express Mail.
- USPS International Express Mail postage is calculated based upon location and service.
- Customer is responsible for any additional customs, fees or taxes.
- Items that show availability on the same or next day (see Order Information box on the top right of each item page) will be shipped within 24 hours and usually on the same day if ordered before noon Pacific Time. However, please note that Some items ship in 2-3 days so please add that time to any shipping option, including Express Mail International.
- Items with "Free Shipping" offers are for "Priority Mail" shipping. Express Mail options will still be charged the normal rate.
- Free Shipping items are only available for domestic shipping in the USA.
SALES TAX
Only orders being SHIPPED to a California address must pay sales tax unless otherwise noted. Please note: Sales Tax is only added to orders being shipped to California addressees. Why? Because Nehemiah Bible Software ships from beautiful San Diego, California.
RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE
- If you are having any difficulty with your software, please contact your publisher's technical support before returning. Most problems can be resolved very quickly. Please note that technical support is offered by each publisher. Nehemiah Bible Software is an authorized dealer of your software and purchasing from us entitles you to use the technical support offered by your products manufacturer.
- Nehemiah Bible Software is an authorized dealer for all the products we sell, and we support all manufacturer warranties. All items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price for any reason. Refund will be processed in the same manner as payment. Some publishers offer even longer return windows, and we will honor all offers from publishers.
- To return an item within 30 days, please include a note stating the reason
for return and your name and address and return the item in its original
packaging to:

- If product appears to be defective, please contact your publisher's technical support before returning the item. Most problems can be resolved quickly in this way. However, if for some reason your software is defective, please return it within 30 days and we will replace it for you.
